Company history
The company was founded in 2011 and has been dedicated to advanced technologies for storing and analyzing data from the beginning.
We strive to offer our customers the best that exists in the field, and this is reflected in the specialization of our teams. DATERA is dedicated to the entire spectrum of technologies required in this field. We are able to design and operate storage systems for large amounts of data and can configure them to have the best price-performance ratio. On the Czech market, we are one of the best in this field, which is evidenced by our completed projects, such as storage for supercomputers with a capacity of up to 18 petabytes and a high system throughput.
Other teams are dedicated to analytical tools for processing and searching for information. The youngest part of the company is the team dedicated to data security.
From the beginning, we have designed and developed a platform for processing unstructured data, which we call DATERA Absolute Intelligence (ABSINT). On this platform, we have built solutions for analyzing relationships with customers in contact centers EMMA and solutions LISSA that allow searching for information in large volumes of data in various formats. We strive to incorporate elements of artificial intelligence into our solutions that are useful in processing data and searching for them.
We cooperate with suppliers that we believe are the top in their field. Primarily, this is IBM, Microsoft, Infinidat and i2 Group. We believe that they are the right partner for us, and for example, we are proud holders of the IBM Platinum Partner title.

The infrastructure team specializes in data storage, where we leverage our partnership with IBM, one of the largest global manufacturers of information technology and leading innovators with the most patents in the world. In addition to IBM, we also use InfiniBox disk arrays from the Infinidat company.

Data work - product EMMA
The key product, primarily for contact centers, is the analytical platform EMMA. EMMA is a tool that helps our customers determine the reason and the nature of the issues their clients call and write about. Thanks to this, they can save costs or, on the contrary, realize new profitable activities that they would not have been able to do without us. EMMA can automatically transcribe phone calls to text, process emails and electronic forms, and evaluate information hidden in these documents. Classification, categorization, detection of sentiment and key words, these are the basic functions of this analytical tool using NLP techniques or Microsoft Azure Cognitive services. EMMA strives to be as open as possible and provides the opportunity to connect internal data sources like your CRM. Clients can then expect the same level of care as from a contact center.

Analytical solutions - products LISSA and i2
The team specializes in investigating and finding relationships between information. The key products on which the team builds its solutions are LISSA and i2. LISSA is an innovative software designed for professional deep data analysis, developed by DATERA. Investigators, analysts and data specialists daily face the need to process large volumes of information in a timely and efficient manner. Scanned documents, database extracts, photographs of documents, voice recordings, posts on social networks, profiles, etc. must be collected, processed and analyzed.
It provides users with tools necessary to process input source documents and data files, find information using keywords or metadata, identify hidden patterns, uncover connections, and facilitate quick and accurate decisions based on data. The second product the team uses is i2. This software provides advanced link analysis and is the standard for almost all investigative services in the world. It is used by organizations active in criminal proceedings, intelligence agencies, governments, armies, financial institutions, and helps their analysts identify and build a case against terrorists, fraudsters, and criminals.
